Breathing and sound in the flexible architecture of the ribs.
Singing, breathing, making a nicely sounding blah blah. Or, inflate-deflate (the lungs), what's the point!

November and December 2024
Exploring the sitting posture - dynamic support and mobile back.
This will involve, among other things, tasting our own toes.

January and February 2025
Turning, twisting, sitting, getting up, standing with pleasure and lightness.
The art of rolling on the floor with delight and getting up with feline laziness.

March and April
Feet and head, who carries whom and who guides whom.
Good foot good eye* and vice versa, or how to go where our nose leads us without breaking the beak* (without falling flat).
* some funny French expressions, I hope the meaning is clear ^^

May and June
Surprise module. 
The art of letting go and taking your time! Moving slowly and delicately.

Welcome !
No prerequisites are necessary, come as you are... perhaps with a sweater and an extra pair of socks, or a blanket, your body temperature may drop during the session.

The price is €80 per module.
If you come to all 5 modules, the last one will be half price.
