Welcome to the second module of the 2026-2027 season !

During some sessions, each participant will literally hold their head in their hands — hence the module’s title. But also because, over the course of these two months, we’ll explore the mobility of the head and neck and how they interact, articulate, with the rest of the body. The head is so heavy that the range of motion of the skull, perched at the top of the spine, and the cervical vertebrae below it will determine not only how we hold our heads, but also how we walk, move, stand, and sit.

A light, free-moving neck and head will allow us to keep holding our head… or not.
