Segment 4 - The art of climbing the walls
Welcome to the fourth module of the 2026-2027 season !
After freeing the head and pelvis, and in between, the spine, we are now ready to climb the walls. To do this, all that remains is to let arms and legs flow into an elegant crawling movement, then find the wall to continue crawling along... but vertically.
Beyond the excitement and joy of rediscovering our adventurous inner child, this will reconnect us with the movements in which walking is rooted.
